All items at 3D Print Lodge are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
Production time: typically 3–10 business days, depending on the item and customization level
Custom, large, or detailed orders may require additional production time
Orders ship via USPS
Tracking information is provided once your order ships
Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:
All sales are final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue caused during production, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
